Welcome to our website about proposals for the Land South of Coombes Farm, Stambridge Road, Rochford.

Mulberry is working on a planning application for a new neighbourhood with up to 240 homes (with up to 120 affordable), a care home and public open space.

We are holding a public consultation event as part of our engagement process.

This will give you the opportunity to learn more about the plans and meet with the project team. Please join us at St Mark’s Hall, Rochford SS4 1PT on Thursday 8th January 2026 between 5pm-8pm.
