We are gathering feedback until the consultation closes on Monday 12th January 2026.
Two separate consultation leaflets have both been distributed to 954 local addresses surrounding the site, via Royal Mail first class delivery in addressed envelopes.
All the feedback received through the consultation will be summarised in a report to be submitted as part of an outline planning application.
Mulberry Land hopes to submit the outline planning application to Rochford Council in early 2026. When the Council has verified the application, they will notify members of the public with site notices and letters before opening their own consultation. The application will be supported by a suite of technical reports, which will all be made available on the Council’s planning portal.
If the outline application is approved, we will then start working on a detailed design in consultation with the local community before preparing a full application.
